With the option in most instances of white or dark grey cameras, they can often be blended into the fabric of a building which makes them increasingly popular in domestic environments as well as commercial.

IP network cameras are also powered and controlled via one single CAT5/6 cable to each camera, which means that cabling and power supplies can be cut down. In commercial environments these can also be routed through your existing internal network to limit large cable runs.

Another great feature is that all modern recorders allow the option of remote viewing as well as 24hr recording, so that you can rest in the knowledge that you can view your home or business remotely from anywhere in the world on your smart devices. Add to this the option of sound and camera’s that stay in colour 24hours a day and your possibilities are endless.

All budgets are catered for so we currently install from 1080p to 4k.

Can CCTV Prevent Crime?

According to a Which’s survey conducted in 2019, of the 1,330 participants, only 16% had CCTV installed either inside or outside their home. However even with just the presence of a CCTV camera, this has been proven to deter criminals, which makes you wonder, why do more people not have it?

It could be because people don’t think it helps prevent criminals, or maybe they think it’s too expensive or too complicated to use after install?
